Lost Surfers Cocktail Café – Deposit Policy

At Lost Surfers Cocktail Café, we strive to provide the best experience for our guests. To ensure smooth reservations and event bookings, we have the following deposit policy:

Reservation Deposit – A deposit may be required for group reservations, private events, or peak-hour bookings. The amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
Refund & Cancellation – Deposits are refundable if cancellations or changes are made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes to your booking that are made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-Show Policy – If guests fail to arrive within 20 minutes of their reservation time without prior notice, the deposit may not be refunded.
